Reliable support is an important part of maintaining plant availability and long-term performance. To strengthen this support for our UREA customers in North America, BHDT is establishing a dedicated network of Local Sales and Service Partners (LSSPs) across the United States and Canada.
The new structure provides customers with faster support, shorter response times and experienced local contacts, while maintaining a direct connection to the relevant experts at BHDT.
Together with our LSSPs, we will also establish dedicated local spare parts inventories based on the specific requirements of customers within each territory. By coordinating these inventories directly with our customers, required spare parts can be made available faster and unnecessary waiting times reduced.
Each Local Sales and Service Partner is responsible for a defined territory and works in close coordination with BHDT. This combines local market and operational knowledge with our technical expertise and quality standards.
